Job Schedule
A sheet where creatives can see upcoming projects on their radar, including three views, a "weekly view", a "next week's view" and a "project view".
​
Using Google's AppsScript extension I added a button allowing artists to easily flip between the "weekly" and "next week" views.
Operations
Tracking Availability With Dependent Drop-downs
To flag artist availability to production, I developed a sheet that resourcing can use to make note of next-day available/unconfirmed staff artist.
After selecting in the drop-down, the available artists filter into the secondary "unconfirmed time" table that can be copied and emailed out to the necessary teams.
